Where do you deliver to?

My order is being delivered to local postcode (3044, 3055, 3056, 3058). Will free delivery be automatically applied?
NO, delivery fees are automated on all orders! So if you are ordering to one of the listed areas within Moreland, you must include the ‘Promo Code’ at Checkout to waive the delivery fee.

When will my order be delivered?
Please note that we are unable to give an exact ETA for deliveries. Your order will be hand delivered within the below time frames:
TUESDAY: 9:00 - 18:00
WEDNESDAY: 9:00 - 18:00
THURSDAY: 9:00 - 18:00
FRIDAY: 9:00 - 18:00
SATURDAY: 9:00 - 18:00

Do you offer “Click and Collect”*?

Yes! We offer a FREE pick-up option direct from our store! Simply select “Click and Collect” from the Shipping Options at check-out.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection!
Collection is from: Shop 12, 459-475 Sydney Road, Brunswick (nestled in Sparta Place, just off Sydney Road)
*MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4PM ON DAY OF COLLECTION

Why does the item I want say ‘Sold Out’?
We are waste-free warriors here at Petal Pop, so using what we have sourced means less hassle for you and less waste for us! For items like our vase or hatbox arrangements, ‘Sold Out’ may mean that we are out of stock for the vessel itself at that time.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You will receive a notification to the email you have provided during the order process.

My order is for a gift. Will the recipient be notified as well?
We are currently offering Contactless Delivery as well as “Knock and Drop” deliveries. If choosing Contactless Delivery only, you are welcome to contact the recipient to advise them that there is a flowery treat at their doorstep once you have been received the delivery notification.

What if there is an issue with the delivery?
If there are any issues with delivering your flowers, we will contact you (the person who has placed the order) unless you’ve specified in the notes to contact the recipient.

What happens if my delivery instructions are incorrect?
Pretty please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient in the ‘Shipping Details’ section during checkout. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

Do you practice sustainability at Petal Pop?
You bet. No floral foam, balloons, or plastic cellophane here! For more info, read our ‘About Us’ page here.

Are you a Qualified Florist?
Yes, Petal Pop is run by a certified, fully-trained florist. Why this matters: Having the qualifications to be a florist takes time and practice, which reflects in the floral work that Petal Pop do. Flower knowledge, cut flower care, floral design principles, customer relations and retail skills, just to name a few, are all important aspects of a professional florist. Also - some rules are made to be broken ;) But it’s beneficial to learn those rules in the first place to determine what works and what doesn’t!

Why don’t my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Flowers are nature and nature is seasonal. Here at Petal Pop, we work with the seasons and give to you what nature has given to us! Using predominantly seasonal blooms means we get the very best of cut flowers - in their peak of perfection.

Do you offer free wedding quotes?
Yes! If you would like to get in touch about flowers for your special day, please head to our ‘Weddings’ page and complete the enquiry form here. Once received, I will contact you about organising a complimentary wedding consultation (over the phone or in person) and follow up with a free quote. I’ve sent you an enquiry. Why haven’t I heard back yet?
Petal Pop is run by 1 person - that’s yours truly! I try to get back to everyone as soon as I can, but there’s only so much coffee in the world that can help. Thank you for your patience - I promise I really do try and I will get back to you ASAP!

I’d like something specific that’s not on your website. Can I contact you?
Absolutely! If you have a special request, please reach out and - if we can - we’d love to help your ideas come to life. Orders can be placed by calling us and payment can be made securely then and there over the phone, or we can have an invoice sent to you.
