Do you offer free wedding quotes?
We do! If you would like to get in touch about flowers for your special day, please head to our ‘Weddings’ page and complete the enquiry form here. Once received, we will contact you about organising a complimentary wedding consultation (over the phone or in person at our shop) and follow up with a free quote.
Why do I need to have a consultation?
Having a consultation is an easy process (basically a friendly chat!) to further discuss options for your wedding day and what will suit your individual needs. This assists us with putting together a more accurate, tailor-made quote.
Are we a match?
If natural yet playful is your jam and as enticed by the seasons as we are - we could be a fit! For more details, please fill out our Wedding Enquiry form and we will be in touch to arrange a complimentary consultation to talk all things flowers for your Big Day.
Do you organise pre-wedding mock-up products?
Trust is everything - we aim to build a meaningful rapport with each couple so that you can trust us to do our job. Mock-up products are not always an accurate representation of what will be delivered on the day. It is strongly dependent on what is available at Market, even when we have pre-ordered flowers for your event. It comes down to Mother Nature and the creativity of your Florist!
Do you travel for wedding flowers outside of Melbourne?
If given enough notice and we have availability to do so, we would love to work with you for your out-of-town wedding!
Do I need to have a theme for my wedding?
Not at all, it’s our job to help you along the way to ensure you have the flowers that are perfect for you.
Is there a minimum cost for wedding flowers?
There is no minimum spend for wedding flowers with Petal Pop - from small, intimate gatherings, to larger scale events, we have you covered.
Do you work with couples in the LGBTQIA+ community?
Of course - here at Petal Pop, we see love is love!
What if the flowers I like won’t be in season for my wedding day?
It will be our job to offer you the next best substitute should this occur to ensure that we can achieve a similar look and feel to what you have in mind.
What is the payment process?
Once you have accepted your quote, an initial 25% deposit can be made to lock in your date with us. The remaining balance can be finalised in the weeks leading up to you wedding day.
What about Cancellations / Postponements?
We understand things are difficult at the moment, and we will try to offer as much flexibility as possible.
