RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Petal Pop Flowers handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.petalpop.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

Petal Pop Flowers must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns. Petal Pop Flowers will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if Petal Pop Flowers produced the incorrect goods, Petal Pop Flowers will provide a replacement or gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of Petal Pop Flowers. Petal Pop Flowers reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery location of the recipient is clearly provided to Petal Pop Flowers. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to Petal Pop Flowers. Collection or redelivery is available. The redelivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser. Replacement of items that have been stolen will be made at the discretion of Petal Pop Flowers. If ‘same-day’ orders are placed after the cut-off time (ie. 12PM), they will not be delivered until the following day.

At Petal Pop Flowers we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our secure servers protect all information we receive from our customers. Petal Pop Flowers respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). 

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. 

WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All quotes produced by Petal Pop Flowers are valid for thirty (30) days. All weddings require a 25% deposit upon confirmation, unless specified by Petal Pop Flowers. Full payment of all Weddings is required one (1) week prior to Wedding date.

If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred.

Petal Pop Flowers reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.

Cancellations made within one (1) week of Wedding date will result in loss of the complete payable amount.

Postponement of Weddings will be handled on a case by case basis.

All props or hired items provided by Petal Pop Flowers are the property of Petal Pop Flowers and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Petal Pop Flowers collects all props unless advised otherwise. If props are to be returned by the client, this must be occur within one (1) week of Wedding date.

ADDITIONAL COVID-19 CLAUSE
In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, isolation or illness:
If more than seven (7) days prior to the event, Petal Pop Flowers reserves the right to retain the 25% deposit, with no further payment required by the client. If less than seven (7) days prior to the event, the full fee remains payable.
In the unlikely event that Petal Pop Flowers is unable to fulfil your order for reasons including but not limited to, illness, accident or injury, Petal Pop Flowers reserves the right to cancel the flower order and will refund all monies paid by the client. We will endeavour to help find a suitable company for your order, subject to their own availability.
